Frank Ocean Cited For Marijuana Possession & License Confiscated! --Details Inside!!!
According to TMZ; Frank Ocean was pulled over by the cops in Mono County, California on New Year's Eve for going 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.
As police approached the black BMW, they noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the car.
Upon searching Ocean officers found a small bag of marijuana. Ocean was then cited for marijuana possession, driving on a suspended license & having tinted windows.
Mr Ocean was released and his driving partner had to drive and the citing officer confiscated Franks license.
