Mandeecees Harris On Trial For Sexually Assaulting a Fifteen Year-Old Girl, He Faces Twenty Years In Prison. Mandeecees Harris, Yandy Smith’s baby father, became a new addition to the cast of Love & Hip Hop New York. The two shared intimate moments in the first episode, arguing over moving into a bigger space to raise their child.
But it looks like they have bigger issues to deal with as Mandeecees was recently in the news on January 9th after jury selection in New Jersey took place.
Allegations have surfaced accusing Harris of sexually assaulting a fifteen year-old girl in 2011. There are other reports that he received oral sex from and fondled the same girl in 2009 and 2010. 
Harris was arrested in 2010 and was charged with sexual assault, criminal sexual conduct and child endangerment, but has nonetheless remained a free man since the allegations came about.
If found guilty, Harris faces up to twenty years in prison. The show lists his accomplishments in the music industry as having real-estate investments and being the owner of the Beat Factory, a recording studio set in the Bronx.

He looked strange on the show. I thought maybe he was gay. But I guest it's something else making him looked that way. He's a child molester and pervert.
If he's doing that to a child he shouldn't be on the street.
Yandy looks happy and in love. I feel for her. Even if he's not convicted you can't trust him around children.
