Futuristic Blogger talk with rapper B.G family spokesperson who gave him inside details behind the rappers gun trial and sentencing. BG was sentenced to 14 years for possessing a firearm, conspiring to obstruct justice and other charges.
BG, born Christopher Dorsey, was sentenced on Wednesday in New Orleans by U.S. District Judge Helen Berrigan. Judge Berrigan also gave BG three years of supervised release at the end of his jail term.
Carol Dorsey “BG” Aunt told Futuristic Blogger that the family is happy with the Judge’s decision and BG is cool with it as well. She also tell Futuristic Blogger that BG is eligible for appeal and good time. Look forward to BG coming home sooner then 14 years.

I feel better now that his Aunt actually came out & said he is strong through it all and he's tuff- she kept on mentioning his tuffness- thats wassup!!!

Thats not a good sign...Seems as if we are getting immune and accepting of going to prison just like how some of us that have never been to Iraq but we are numbed,immune and accepting of death in the hood from all the shootings.I hear her argument but damn how do you become accepting and happy with 14 years in the pen.Damn BG...And talking about face book...by the time he gets out they gone have hologram social media sites...thats a long time especially when your chances of getting out early are left in the hands of a system designed to have you there in the first place.He can sit 10 years and still be denied early release...especially if it's Fed time.

People might not agree with me maybe his family feels that bg serve 14 years sentence will help him too get his head on straight and get out and focus on his music.. Maybe bg will come out better then he was before. Maybe his family want him too sit in jail for that long then for him too be kill.

@kiki.....trust me jail doesnt save you from trouble or makes you better.For most it makes them 10 times worse.Its always a chance he may kill or be killed in there,and I hope he dont get put in that position...I aint trying to put bad luck on him just speaking the truth and letting you know that the haters in prison are 10 times worse than the ones on the streets and you are stuck with them for a while.They making him out to be this super bad guy so you know he may not end up in one of the club Fed locations for the white collar criminals...they may put him with the worst of the worst.The longer you sit the more it eats at you.I hope he goes somewhere where he can be free of trouble but they intentionally put you in some spots based on your record or reputation and his music doent make it any better.Like how they did C-Murder,Mystical,Pimp-C,Chi-Ali and Tupac.They used their music against them at trial.Only thing that can change BG is...BG...trust me prison makes you worse in most cases.But he has to look deep inside himself and realize that they want and expect him to get out and do the same thing..but its up to him to prove them fuckers wrong....I did!!

@king frost....he did get 14...now his fate is in the hands of a parole board after he sits a few years...and you know that shit is like rolling the dice....he may do 10 and they can still deny him when he comes up for parole review. Everybody thinks this is a fair sentence but 14 yrs with no definite release date is a long time.BG aint getting no younger....I guess he gone be doing the 40+ year old rapper thing..but that dont work out for everybody.Shit I could have been his lawyer and got him a better deal than that...and I aint got no law license or degree.
