THE SCENE OF THE CRIME
Wood, 22, and his friend were parked in the 1700 block of Plumwood in northwest Harris County when two armed men emerged from a green car and demanded the sneakers, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
JOSHUA WOOD IN HIS LAST ATTEMPT TO SAVE HIS OWN LIFE
The driver ran off leaving Wood behind in the car, where he was shot. Wood managed to slide behind the wheel and drive off, but crashed between two homes and hit a gas line, according to reports. Woods was transported to a hospital, where he died.
AUTHORITIES MAKE THE PROPER ARREST!!!
Police arrested Neal Bland, 18, and Kegan Arrington, 19, in connection with Wood's death. They are scheduled to appear Wednesday in the 178th State District Court. Wade's next scheduled court appearance is Thursday.

Yup right up the street from me. But Willowbrook Mall? That's unheard of? Surprise it wasn't greens point mall which is in the other direction from me. Yeah dudes down here will shoot for anything. Even if its just shoes which is stupid, I live in between both malls. Females ratchet dudes even worse. Thats why I got that thang, Cause you never know who watching you. I stay semi paranoid i don't trust nobody down here. But its a damn shame over some shoes? Dude lost his life behind some shoes.
