"I talk to my team today and uh' I talked to them about life, life in general. And everything that starts has an end, that's just life. For me, today, I told my team that this will be my last ride and umm.. I just told them that I felt so much peace and the way Iam with my decision because of everything i have done in this league, i've done it , i have done it man."

damn its never easy to let it all go like that and i can attest to letting things go when you really dont want to. its always tuff. he gave it all he had in the NFL and being a redskin fan-- DIE HARD- i can truely say that he gave us fits everytime he was on the field doing his thing thing.
