Its been 16 long and hard years to bare the painful lost of one of Hip Hop's most greatest rappers of all time. The Notorious Big was not your average rapper, infact he was fat, did not have the best of looks but the brother had mad rapping skills to compete or battle with anybody in the game.His flows made you stop and think/ rewind like- HOLD UP- Did he just say what I think he said??
Biggie Smalls rise to fame is a urban story of a kid in the mean streets of Brooklyn, victimized by a product of his environment . Fame didn't come cheap nor easy for Christopher. He almost gave up on his dreams to do what he's done best for years before the deal,which was go back to selling drugs.
His Mentor, Sean Diddy Combs was the wings behind The Notorious Big's back making sure he stayed on track and focus at the task at hand. Diddy was the one who convinced him that the lifestyle he was living was short lived, and there's no future in that. So BIGG headed his mentors message and before you knew it, almost like an over nite success- The Notorious Big WAS BORN UNTIL US.
His Life was cut short 16 years ago today when a car pulled up alongside his entourage and open fire killing Big instantly. Sources say it was due to a East Coast West Coast War, and others are saying different. The killer remains on the loose and it bothers Hip Hop fans around the world to know that his killer hasn't been found 16 years later.
