Tichina Arnold Shares Her 2013 Goals With Essence Magazine And Its To Help Her Sister Battling a Terrible Disease!! Tichina Arnold talks with Essence magazine about her new year goals saying
"Good lord! Although I have a million and one things I would like to accomplish in 2013, I would say bringing awareness about lupus to as many people as possible tops my list. My sister, Zenay Arnold, suffers from the autoimmune disease.
She and I will continue to work with organizations such as the Lupus Foundation of America and to help educate others so we can get more resources and research in order to find a cure."
